I've been naming a pattern I often see in growing teams: a brand that once felt magnetic-and-messy-yet-full-of-possibility slowly gets "McKinzered," 📈 "Hedgehogged," 🦔 or "Deloittomied." 🧟♂️
Nothing wrong with structure; it's part of how we grow! 🥳 Yet we can lose something meaningful when it takes over without room for humanity + context + brand spirit.
Org. learning often does a lot of heavy lifting for our businesses — so it makes sense that structure leads. What’s easy to miss is how much more powerful sessions become when they’re also people-focused + culture-steeped:
🫖 HUMAN: grounded in connection w/ space for individual sense-making
🫖 ON-BRAND: aligned w/ the spirit of the organization
🫖 STRATEGIC: built to drive the business outcomes that matter most
🫖 “And, THAT’S the T!” 😉
