Confidence X Challenge at The European Football Clubs

🇨🇭 Back from a focused couple of days in Nyon, Switzerland, working with Medical & Performance Leaders from member clubs across the newly rebranded European Football Clubs (⚽️ EFC, formerly ECA).

I can't share project details yet, but I do want to highlight one thing:

What made this collaboration particularly special wasn't just the immense expertise in the room. It was that these folks were so confident in their craft they welcomed being challenged.

Not merely nodding along, but really questioning, rethinking + digging deeper. That's what turned a good working session into an outstanding outcome. In the end, that dynamic made our results even stronger than any of us likely expected.

It was a reminder that amazing things can happen from a mix of confidence + openness to being pushed a bit.

Maximilian Lankheit — thanks for the invite to build & facilitate the 2-day workshop. You assembled a stellar project team and I can't wait to see where what you're building leads next! 🙌🏻

🙏🏻 Heartfelt thanks to these stellar contributors: Teena Murray | Emma Deakin | Chiara Delsaut | Jeroen Peters | Kasper Thornton | Tim Zuleger | Pauline Clavel | Riddhik Kochhar | Charlotte Cowie | Daniel Ransom | Maggie Goudy | Idal Almog | Dominika Daros | Oliver Haertel
