community exploration: the human side of A.I. in L&D

😴 It took me a while to fall asleep last night. Maybe it was all the great conversations or maybe it was the 2 glasses of champagne + lemon meringue tartlets after our facilitation. Anyway: it was ALL definitely worth it! 🥂

Had a really great evening co-leading a learning experience at Soho House & Co Berlin, facilitating alongside a fantastic new partner. We collaborated with Sana, who gave us the space to bring Berlin's L&D community together to dive into the human side of AI in L&D.

It was refreshing — and, candidly, moving — to have real conversations about everything from excitement to the nerves people might feel around AI. Using Sana’s state-of-the-art product, we surfaced the feelings, insights + real conversations many of us are having with our teams about integrating AI into learning & collaboration.

Huge thanks to my collaborator Liubov Priadko, CPTD from Grammarly (Forever “L&D!”🙌🏻), to the Sana team for the invite, brilliant execution, and for being such a strong stand for community, and to all the familiar faces + new folks who joined in and showed up powerfully. It was just a fantastic night of genuine connection and learning together.
